The former Real Housewives of New York City star keeps in shape by adhering to a no-excuses daily exercise routine that includes jogging outdoors, and by eating healthy six days a week. “Make Sunday your ‘funday’ and eat whatever you want,” she advises readers in her recently released book, I Can Make You Hot: The Supermodel Diet.
