Give Me Light!

Yes, I am obsessed with making my living environment reflect my life. We change our look every few months and why not embrace that change in our living environments. Light can change a room in a second.  Two tricks of the trade for me this season are: paint your floors and add light. I painted my bedroom floors white to keep the room crisp and a sanctuary, and I painted my main floors in my apartment black and shiny. They are easy to clean and look great.  As for lighting, I went to the outlet malls in Riverhead, NY in search of purple Converse and I fell upon the Williams Sonoma outlet store.  I scoured the store and bought four Desmond lamps.  The glass and the shape of the lamps gives light to the room  and also adds a chic airy feeling.  The entire cost of the lamp plus the shade was 100 dollars. Make a change, get painting.
