JEWELRY
“One of the most influential icons for me has always been Raquel Welch,” says Kelly Killoren Bensimon. “Wrapped in suede and golden tanned skin, Welch in One Million BC epitomized raw beauty.”
Bensimon’s new Spring ‘10 jewelry line Kelly by Kelly Killoren Bensimon, is inspired by that same raw sense of beauty bringing a modern day tribal element into the world of costume jewelry with the use of feathers. The ideas, designs, and colors behind the line are a reflection of her own personality and style.
Kelly consists of mixed metals, leather, feathers, and crystals creating a cohesive collection of tribal inspired jewelry. Each design was carefully thought out, meticulously designed, and hand crafted. The line ranges in price from $50-$150 and is currently available at Intermix stores across the country.
In addition, Bensimon created two exclusive single feather earrings, a white layered ostrich feather and Swarovski crystal earring: only 6 at $1000 and a layered black coq feather with metal: only 60 at $60. 100% of net proceeds for each earring is being donated to Feeding America and are available exclusively at Blue & Cream in East Hampton.
